One of the best bakeries I've been to in Toronto! Their dough and pastries are SO good. Crispy, fresh, warm and fresh to order. I tried their potato bun and their croissants and they are sooo buttery and cripsy. I had crumbs all over me while I was devouring them. Would definitely come back to try other items on their menu, 100% recommend!

Love the marriage of Korean and French flavours and techniques at Bricolage! Stopped in on a Saturday around 12:30pm to meet friends and tried the onion bagel with cream cheese: loved the crispiness of the bagel which was unusual and very pleasant to eat, and the cream cheese was slightly sweet. Also had the cheese tart which was wonderfully light and airy (not super sweet, it was perfect!). My favourite was the curry bun which was like wow! Japanese curry inside a crunchy but tender croquette. As a J curry lover, this blew me away, and it must be a fan favourite because it was sold out at 12:30pm and I’m so happy my friend grabbed one for me before I arrived. Such a unique and lovely bakery that’s truly one of a kind in Toronto!

Amazing pastries and baked goods. Friendly owners. The pistachio brioche was perfectly light. The pain au chocolat was delicious and wonderfully flaky.

Bricolage is our favourite bakery in the city, by far! We’ve been countless times because we keep going back for their iconic curry buns. They are an absolute must try. Their jalapeño bacon cheese pastries are beyond delicious. And their milk bread is so good too - we love getting a half loaf for the week. We recently tried the black sesame doughnut and it was so unique and yummy. The staff is also incredibly sweet. 😌

Didn’t know we would have to travel all the way to Canada to eat some of the most delicious baked goods we’ve had. THE CURRY BUNS you HAVE to get them, they were perfect (extremely soft and flavorful). The croissants had an amazing flakiness to them, very comparable to those we’ve had in France. 10/10 service, the owners were extremely nice and the bakery was very clean and pretty. Absolutely loved this bakery and when we go back we will be ordering all of their curry buns.

The blueberry Danish is one of my favs, And I'm a sucker for their croissants. I would love to see a beef or chicken curry bun so I can try it since the current one is pork.

Bricolage is one of the best bakery in the neighborhood, it's a small bakery but they have quite a lot of breads and viennoiseries to offer, most of them are korean/Asian style kind of breads, like the deep fried curry bun, red bean deep fried glutinous ball. My recent favorite is the red bean butter bread, so good, red bean paste is not too sweet, with some pieces of walnuts inside and a big chunk of butter.
